Ancestor's death anniversary in the year of the Ox - 2009

Yesterday, July 10, 2009, was May 18, Ky Suu year, the main death anniversary of Master Nguyen Te Cong.

This year, the Year of the Ox - 2009, the martial arts school's Patriarch's death anniversary took place solemnly, sincerely, warmly, with deep impressions.

Like every year, after the memorial service for Master Nguyen Te Cong, Venerable Master Tran Thuc Tien (see photo),Teachers and students together reviewed the things we did in the past year (from the death anniversary of the year Mau Ty - 2007 to the death anniversary of this year). Closing ceremony for class B1, the first class to complete the entire comprehensive basic program of Noi Gia Wing Chun, after 4 years of persistent practice (2005 - 2009). and commended Coach - Architect Phan Quoc Vinh, main coach of class B1 for his achievements in training (see photo).

In 2009, the dojo also participated in a number of activities of the Hanoi Martial Arts Association, performed at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel on the 7th day of the Year of the Ox, and participated in the 24th Hanoi Open Traditional Martial Arts Competition.

On May 16, 2009, the group of female disciples of the dojo organized a tripVisit Dau Pagoda, where there are two full-body relics of two Zen masters Vu Khac Minh and Vu Khac Truong.

In Ban Lan, the brothers in our Dai Nghia dojo have overcome all difficulties in life in their hometown, overcome all the harsh demands of the market economy, and still maintain a good training schedule.

At the end of November 2008, our teachers and students (me and coach Nguyen Minh Cuong) also participated in the Martial Arts Festival "MARTIAL ARTS EXPO ‘08” organized by the Asian Development Bank in Manila – Philippines.

With the sincere desire to make a small contribution to the development of Wing Chun in general as well as introduce our Vinh Xuan Noi Gia dojo, also yesterday, the dojo officially released the book

The special thing this year is that I have another great joy.

Over the past four years, out of sympathy for the limited time of most of our brothers and sisters, the dojo has mainly focused our time at the dojo on training.

In fact, through the closing semesters, I receive self-assessments of my class progress from the students in the closing classes.

There may be different reasons, and because the issues I raised were also sudden, and maybe the brothers were afraid to publicly express their opinions, so the brothers in the classes at the dojo put forward Learn martial arts to defend yourself, protect yourself and your loved ones, not to fight or test your skills;

With the goal of winning in martial arts, I set two goals that I want everyone to achieve:

-The firstis to win over yourself.

-Mondayis to defeat the enemy when it comes to collision.

To achieve these two victories, there is nothing more than persistent practice and trust in the martial arts of Noi Gia Wing Chun.

With other wishes such as having a VCD about the exercises so you can refer to them when practicing at home, and spending some appropriate time during the training session to practice breathing, I will also consider and research to be able to respond.
