The "Chi Sao" magic of Wing Chun Shaolin Foshan sect
“Chi Sao” * sticky hand technique is a unique method of training of the Wing Chun sect, a Southern martial art, of which Mr. Diep Man is the Grand Master.
During the years I taught "chi sao", I considered it as a way to practice both WORLD and SPIRIT, emphasizing CONTINUOUS energy flow.
To make it easier to understand, let's try to imagine that "A" has a stream of white water flowing out of his arm, while "B" has a stream of black water also flowing out and mixing with "A's" stream of water.
In Wing Chun martial arts, there is the practice of ONE HAND AND TWO HAND by twisting the arms rhythmically, the person who practices gains vitality.
EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF ONE-HAND POSITIONS, all other “STAR” POSITIONS follow the INNER ELBOW technique.
People can classify Wing Chun as soft martial arts, although I don't believe so.
Wing Chun's hand training and ki training also contribute to the overall training of the martial artist, but should not be considered complete equipment, but only a means to an end.
