A few words about some profound meanings in practicing the "Three Thuc" form in Vinh Xuan Noi Gia

Many people, including students of the dojo, have asked me about the training meaning of the "Three Formulas".
In fact, according to the teachings that my master told me: to practice Wing Chun, the practitioner must try to "enlighten" the profound things of Wing Chun martial arts through the training process on the basis of these principles.
In volume 1 of the book series "Vietnam Wing Chun Noi Gia Quan Phap", I also wrote about the "Tam Thuc" kata as follows: “Although there are only three fighting and blocking positions, TTH (another name for the “Tam Thuc” exercise) contains very high training requirements that are not simple to practice.
In this article, I would like to clarify some of the necessary requirements in the process of practicing the "Three Forms" exercise in the VXNG boxing system, in order to clarify the things that some of you have asked.
As those of you who have practiced VXNG and learned about VXNG already know, "Three Stars" is an important factor throughout the process of practicing and performing VXNG boxing.
All three postures in "Three Forms" clearly demonstrate the goal of "Keeping your own Middle Way, fighting others' Middle Way".
With the first form "Three Formulas", practicing "Three Forms" is also an ultimate requirement during the training process.
By dividing the body into 3 parts: Upper - Middle - Lower, the Patriarchs of the sect have simplified the point of the attack, making the attack more effective.
Even at our VNVXNGQ dojo, there are some brothers who do not understand the "Tam Thuc" lesson thoroughly, thinking that the fighting positions are too simple.
Doi discussed to ask for more clarification on the elaborate techniques in VXNG boxing through the "Tam Thuc" kata.
Thank you very much for your interest in this article of mine.
