A few words about Zen

Currently, there are many books written about Zen, including concepts, views, analyzes and evaluations of Zen from many angles.
Meditation is a Buddhist practice method and the only practice method that can lead practitioners to absolute enlightenment, and is at the same time the most effective practice method for practitioners to achieve.

In the process of teaching Buddhism to his disciples and sentient beings, the Buddha pointed out the only path to achieve absolute enlightenment (liberation) for practitioners, which is MEDITATION: “No Meditation, no Concentration. That's why the word "Concentration" is often called together with the word "Zen". Meditation.
Just eight words “No Meditation, no Concentration. , but clearly shows the path that practitioners must follow if they want to achieve righteous results. Meditation is the only path to liberation. It is a unique path that lasts throughout life, often passing through many lives. MEDITATION, and only Zen can bring practitioners to the goal of their practice.
Only through Zen can a person practice achieve absolute stillness (Concentration) so that the self can exist like an absolutely flat lake, clear to the bottom.
In tu Zen (I would like to emphasize the word "practice"), I think, the practitioner must also "enlighten" the absolute truth that Buddha Bodhidharma taught so that the practitioner can reach the solution.
I am not a monk, but after many years of sitting in Zen, relying on the method of "Self-Contemplation", I have some understanding of the path of "cultivation", and now I venture to share it with you, so that I can share it with you.
In practicing martial arts, health care, or other exercises to promote human potential, Meditation is the most effective training method to help people practice to achieve their training goals in addition to many other training methods.
This is a book I wrote about Wing Chun Internal Medicine, so I cannot go into other areas.
