A few words of sharing

In the past few days, from September 12 - September 15, 2017, our master Nguyen Ngoc Noi and a number of brothers in the Dojo had a trip to visit the Land of Buddha, Myanmar.
Sincerely thank Master Vien Phuc for his affection for our teachers and students and for the Dojo.
We would like to respectfully introduce Master Vien Phuc's article to those who love the Dojo's page along with some responses from our Master Nguyen Ngoc Noi.

Vietnam Wing Chun Noi Gia Quyen
Vietnam Wing Chun Noi Gia Quyen is a martial arts school belonging to the Hanoi Martial Arts Association with the main training and coaching center at Thanh Quan Secondary School, 29 Hang Cot Street, Hang Ma Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi, where the monk studied.
September 14, 2017 was a good day, auspicious conditions gathered for Master Nguyen Ngoc Noi and his students to have the opportunity to visit the Master at Tharmanaykyaw Mahagandhayon Monastery Yangon, on the occasion of the visit to sacred sites.
As a gift to repay the old love of teacher and student, the monk gave a Dharma talk to the members of the group, briefly introducing the essence of the Dharma that Gotama Buddha himself realized and
One of the important and decisive things in practicing Wing Chun internal kung fu is to relax the body as much as possible ("relax down to each eyelash") so that the internal force can be fully developed and direct.
Pray that Master Nguyen Ngoc Noi and all members of the Vietnamese Wing Chun Noi Gia Quyen dojo, along with practicing to achieve a strong and healthy body, will constantly practice the practice of Almsgiving - Precepts -
