A meaningful trip to Dai Nghia Vinh Xuan Noi Gia dojo in Warsaw, Poland

According to the plan set out during the first trip to Poland on November 16, 2007, and after agreeing on the 2008 training schedule with the Executive Board and fellow students at the Dai Nghia VXNG dojo in Ho Chi Minh City.

On the evening of September 18, 2008, our teachers and students began to practice together, at the place where the dojo had been practicing for nearly a year (and was also the first place where Vinh Xuan Noi Gia dojo first debuted). Although work in Poland is extremely busy, especially with business starting to come into season, the brothers still try to arrange to return to the dojo to practice.

Our teachers and students practiced continuously every day from September 18 to October 2, 2008.

According to Mr. Truong Anh Tuan's plan, on October 3, Mr. Tuan invited us to visit Paris before returning to Vietnam. .

Although the group's stay was not long, with the outstanding efforts of the brothers, the planned training volume was guaranteed to be very good.

During the days when our teachers and students were in Warsaw, at Thien Viet Pagoda - Warsaw, I also gave a presentation to elderly Vietnamese people and people in the Association of Vietnamese people in Poland who love Buddhism about "Buddha nature and nature." This is the first time I have taught Noi Vinh Xuan in a nursing direction for the elderly.

During my days in Warsaw, I also met and discussed with the President of the Polish Asian Martial Arts and Combat Sports Federation, Master Ryszard Murat. and together exchanged and demonstrated some of the martial arts of the two martial arts schools to improve our understanding of each other's martial arts and martial arts in general. At the same time, the Chairman also presented the Federation's membership certificates to members of the VXNG dojo participating in the Federation (see photo). Although this is a very good opportunity for VXNG dojo to meet all sects and dojos in the Federation.

On October 2, Mr. Truong Anh Tuan held a farewell party with Mr. Federation President and martial arts master Jaroslaw Duczmalewski at Mr. Truong Anh Tuan's DONG NAM restaurant in Warsaw before we returned to Vietnam (see photo).

On the morning of October 2, 2008, our group also went to the Vietnamese Embassy in Poland.

Also during our stay in Warsaw, we attended a lecture by Master Huyen Dieu.

Through practice instructions, we have also brought health and bravery to our students and have popularized some of the traditional practice so that everyone can learn and practice on their own, in order to preserve To express the hearts of our teachers and students towards the feelings that Teacher Huyen Dieu has for us teachers and students, I respectfully presented him with the dojo's symbol and two of my books.

While in Poland, I had personal business and had to go to the Czech Republic for one day. We hope to have the opportunity to work together to develop Vietnamese martial arts in your country.

Another very happy and meaningful thing about this trip of the group was the trip to visit the residence of the genius musician Chopin (see photo).and especially the trip to Paris at the invitation of Mr. Truong Anh Tuan. On the morning of October 5, Mr. Tuan took us around Paris by car before leaving Paris to return to Poland.

With 3 weeks coming to Dai Nghia dojo, our teachers and students together with the brothers at Dai Nghia VXNG dojo tried to practice and improve the skill and bravery of Internal Wing Chun for each person.
