About the Five Form Wing Chun Noi Gia system

In the Wing Chun Noi Gia martial arts system, the Five Forms Fist is an important part. “… since ancient times, when forming martial arts (self-defense and fighting skills), our predecessors have applied many of the movement, fighting and self-defense skills of animals to survive in martial arts.
- 2 articles: Tiger Fist and Leopard Fist, part of sectiongrandmother, training physical form (muscles - bones - tendons - force), as the foundation for the movement process in general and boxing movement in particular.
- 3 lessons: Crane Fist, Snake Fist, Dragon Fist, part of sectionpaternal, practicing Tinh - Qi - Than (the Three Jewels of man), creating the sustainability, depth and identity of the internal martial arts of Wing Chun.

Snake Fist does not have counter-force moves, but its forte is wriggle, quick crawling, skillfulness, precision and is based on the principle of "four ounces, thousands of pounds" in collision. The Five Forms system of Vinh Xuan Noi Gia has two distinct parts: Five Forms Hand Techniques (Static Five Forms) and Five Forms Fist (Five Forms Dynamic).
In the past, there were people who believed that Wing Chun's Five Forms Fist system was brought in from another discipline.
The Five Form Fist System of the Internal Wing Chun, according to Master Tran Thuc Tien, was taught by Vietnamese Wing Chun Master Nguyen Te Cong.

Wing Chun Noi Gia is a soft boxing style (Noi Gia Quyen), using Nhu to demonstrate boxing;
The dojo participated in: the program "strange Vietnamese stories" on VTV3, February 2005;
