An elaborate introduction to Internal Wing Chun at the Grand Ceremony of the Polish Asian Combat Training and Sports Federation
Wing Chun was formed more than 300 years ago and is now the martial art with the second largest number of practitioners in the world, after Shaolin.
Internal Wing Chun is inherited the elaborate technique passed down by Master Nguyen Te Cong, carrying the profound essence of Wing Chun:Using softness and softness to demonstrate martial arts; .
In this great ceremony of the Federation, master Nguyen Ngoc Noi along with other trainers, martial arts masters from Vietnam and instructors at Dai Nghia VXNG dojo in Warsaw demonstrated some of VXNG's techniques.
The martial arts of any sect contain profound essences and principles that can only be fully felt through practice.
