3. Breathing exercises:
This is a training requirement for any form of exercise (martial arts, fitness, sports,...).
Like all breathing methods, students must perform two stages: regulating the body and regulating the breath.
3.1.
This is to adjust the sitting posture to help the breathing exercise process be most effective.
When sitting cross-legged, the hands can be placed in the following positions:
- 2 hands interlaced fingers, 2 thumb tips touching, placed on 2 heels
- 2 hands are placed face up on the knees, the tips of the thumb and index finger touch each other, the other fingers are left naturally.
In this posture, there are 5 centers that absorb heavenly energy: 2 soles of the feet, 2 palms and the top of the head.
3.2.
The first basic breathing method of Vietnamese Wing Chun Noi Gia Quyen is: abdominal breathing in a cycle of 2 breaths (inhale - exhale).
Inhale gently through the nose, then send the air straight down the lower abdomen to Dan Dien (the point inside the lower abdomen and below the navel, about 2 cm), the lower abdomen slowly INFLATES.
The important thing in breathing exercises is:
- Two breaths (inhale - exhale)equaleven) and must let the breath have a natural length and not be forced (forced) to lengthen it. long
- Right inflation - deflation processsoft, gentle.
- Inhale, exhale rightsoftlyslowly (slowly)
- Gasmust go down to Dan Dien (deep)
This breathing method is the basic breathing method in the process of practicing Vinh Xuan Noi Gia.
For Internal Wing Chun, if you don't practice breathing well, you can't practice climbing high.
4. Some key tips and basic principles in Internal Wing Chun martial arts
Before starting to practice the exercises in the Wing Chun Noi Gia martial arts system, students need to understand and master some basic elements and principles in Noi Gia Vinh Xuan martial arts.
4.1.
These are the most basic principles and a unique set of principles of Wing Chun Noi Gia.
Tam Tinh has 3 levels.
Vietnamese Wing Chun Noi Gia Quyen takes the Three Stars as the guideline for all exercises and techniques during the training process.
Vietnamese Wing Chun Noi Gia Quyen takes the Three Stars as the guideline for all exercises and techniques during the training process.
The basic triads include:
- Middle road
- Damn it
- Stick together
Below are the basic points in each "star" of the three basic stars.
4.1.1.
The middle line is the middle line located along the body straight along the spine, going from the top of the head, through the middle of the face to the pharynx, sternum, navel and down.
Implementing the "fine" Middle Way, specifically speaking, it means implementing the principle: "keeping the middle way, fighting the middle way".
To keep the Middle Way, in addition to keeping the mind, in Wing Chun Noi Gia martial arts, the "turning the legs" and "closing the elbows" position is the basis.
4.1.2.
In the martial arts of Wing Chun Noijia, slaying is also an important principle.
4.1.3.
This is almost a unique technique of Wing Chun.
4.2.
The three combinations are a key element of martial arts.
The trine has 2 forms of expression: Internal trine, and External trine.
- The inner triangle includes WILL - AIR - FORCE in harmony with each other.
- The outer triad includes the dharma - body dharma - hand dharma (BODY - BODY - DEF) harmonized together in 1 attack.
4.3.
It is the convergence and fusion of 6 elements (Inner trine, External trine) at the same time, at the same time in 1 position.
4.4.
That's 7 comings (seventy times).
The seven bases include the eyes and the six combinations: the eyes come, the mind comes, the foot dharma comes, the body dharma comes, the hand dharma comes, the qi comes, the force comes.
4.5.
Due to the characteristics of the Wing Chun sect, it requires its disciples to maintain a very high level of discipline in their movements.
4.6.
In the human body, the human body (including: torso and head) is the most important part of the body, containing organs that ensure human life.
Thus, during the execution of the attack, most people must have at least one hand near their body to protect themselves.

4.7.
Simply put, your feet don't leave the ground.
Above are some basic principles and also some things in martial arts that students in the basic program need to understand and master, from which they can build the correct training method and perform the following exercises.
