Boxing system, training organization structure of Vietnamese martial arts school Wing Chun Noi Gia Quyen

Recently, some of you sent us letters wanting to learn about the martial arts system, training program and organizational system of the dojo to practice.
I. Boxing system of the dojo:
The martial arts system of the Vietnamese dojo Vinh Xuan Noi Gia Quyen (VNVXNGQ) is formed in the order of separate martial arts systems (sets of martial arts):
  1. Static boxing system, including basic moves to practice soft and loose (Necessary before starting to practice according to the boxing system), five five-shaped hand techniques (Tiger hand technique, Leopard hand technique,
    Interwoven in the training process according to this system is grasping and implementing the basic principles of the discipline and practicing basic (selected) fighting moves so that the practitioner can develop self-defense abilities.
  2. Basic counter-training system, including the "Three Forms" exercises Upper - Middle - Lower (TTH), the Ten Forms counter-training.
  3. The Five Forms Dynamic Boxing System includes the following forms: Tiger Kung Fu, Leopard Kung Fu, Crane Fist, Snake Fist, Dragon Kung Fu, Five Forms Fist combined and continued resistance training.
  4. 108 kata system, including: 108 on-the-spot, 108 forward and backward, 108 Wooden kata.
  5. Special training techniques (these techniques, according to my master, depend on many factors in the previous training process): these are high techniques in the VNVXNGQ boxing system, which will be taught by the master.

1. VNVXNGQ dojo system:
VNVXNGQ Dojo has 3 affiliated dojos:
-Hong Phuc Dojo:
Hong Phuc Dojo is where our master teaches directly.
-Thanh Quan Dojo:
Thanh Quan Dojo is a place to train brothers and sisters from the beginning of entering the dojo (training program A: Static punch system, Basic sparring system) to the end of program B (Completing the punch system).
-Dai Nghia VXNG Dojo – Warsaw, Poland:
Dai Nghia VXNG Dojo - Warsaw, Poland is an overseas martial arts school, so it has its own identity.
