Buddha nature and humanity through a guideline of behavior in martial arts

During the process of human formation and development, martial arts were also conceived and gradually formed through human survival activities.
As we all know: in martial arts the most important thing is not to let your opponent hit you.
In our Wing Chun Inner House, I am steadfast in implementing the motto in practice of HEALTH AND SELF-DEFENSE. "The martial arts school "Vietnam Wing Chun Noi Gia Quyen" operates with the spirit of "self-defense is key", "to maintain oneself is to defeat others". .
I set a requirement in practice that I must strive to skillfully practice the kung fu of my own discipline with my own efforts, mainly so that those kung fu become my own motor skills, not taking advantage of them.
To deeply recognize the Buddha nature and humanity in this behavioral motto in training as well as in using martial arts, not everyone can see it.
In an article about Buddha nature in martial arts, I also wrote“When studying martial arts, many people pay attention to building their ability to self-defense or fight (for different purposes). .
Through this article, I would like to further clarify and share my thoughts about an important behavioral motto in martial arts, a motto that I steadfastly adhere to according to my master's teachings throughout.
I sincerely thank you for your interest in this article of mine.
